How do I find my state specific Freeper list? Judy in NM

WASHINGTON (AP) -- CIA officers are asking people to mark the 10th anniversary of the death of the first American killed in the Afghan war by donating to help the children of their fellow fallen. Since the death in 2001 of CIA officer Mike Spann, a total of 23 stars have been added to the wall at the CIA's Langley, Va., headquarters that honors CIA operatives lost. Many were killed in the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq.

Would need some help in finding a friend of my dad that he would like to re-unite with. He hasn't seen this buddy in over 40 years. All we know is that he was in the navy and is old enough to receive social security. Can't find him in Facebook. Would Social Security admin assist in finding someone? Would Veterans Affairs? If they could help what offices should be contacted? Any help from anyone who has ever tried to find someone they want to re-connect with would be really appreciated. Many thanks.

RWBN: A nice-looking young man of middle eastern descent with a tattoo of Jesus on his bicep walked into my store, The Patriot Shop, and shuffled through a few conservative t-shirts. After ordering a few anti-Obama t-shirts, we began to “small talk” about politics when he mentioned how very unhappy he was with President Obama and that he was not a big fan of President Bush and the Iraq war either. That’s when he looked at me and said “I was famous once — Oprah Famous.”
